Minor Head Injury

Today Samson stood up in his baby cot on his own! He was playing with his little musical lamb and suddenly he pulled himself and stood up. I was facing him about an inch away from the cot and he smiled proudly at me. But the next second he landed on his bump and fell sideway hitting the back of his head. Before I could react, I heard a loud bang and he burst into tears. Poor little darling, I picked him and he cried for 30 seconds. Then he is happily playing again. He looks alright but his little concaved head (from sleeping on his back when younger) now seems worst. His head has rounded quite a bit since he started to sleep on tummy but now... sigh...

I brought him downstairs to watch cars and buses, one of his usual activities, before my maid clean him up before bed. I noticed a little redness and bump on his head and started to worry a little. After he sleeps I SMS michael and told him about the accident. He suggested I speak with the PD, which I did. To be on the safe side, I decided to bring him for checkup anyhow.

Next day, the PD checked and said Samson looks alright, so just monitor him. I took the opportunity to check about his lazy eyes, which Michael keep complaining about. PD examined and said looks fine to her but if we are still worried, the best is to see an eye specialist, suggested we take some photo for record. Samson seems to squint a little, look at the picture.
