I am planning to let Samson starts cereal soon. I find his growth rate has slow down and perhaps its time to add a little iron to his diet. Considered giving him eggs, but realised it is too early and egg is one of the top ten allergy food. I asked several of my friends and finally I decided to let him take Heinz instant rice cereal. Instant is easy to prepare and I just need to mix it with the milk powder that he drinks now, so it will be easy to adept.
Now I just need to find a good time to start him off and my maid can continue with the feed. Five months old and he is grasping everything he sees and put in the mouth. Whenever we eat, he is looking anxiously at the food. So it about time to start him soon.
